Shipping & Delivery Policy
Imagive.ai delivers digital software and services. We do not ship physical products. This page explains how your access is provisioned and when you can expect it.

1) Digital delivery (default)
- All plans and credits are delivered digitally to your account at https://app.imagive.ai.
- Access is typically provisioned instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, allow up to 10 minutes.
- If you do not see your plan/credits within 10 minutes, please sign out and back in, then contact support@imagive.ai.
2) No shipping fees
Because services are delivered online, there are no shipping or handling charges.
3) Billing, invoices & taxes
- Invoices are emailed to your registered email after payment.
- Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Any GST/VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing details.
4) Physical merchandise (optional)
We currently do not sell or ship physical goods. If we introduce merchandise later, we will add shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, tracking, and return instructions here.
