Data Deletion Request

At Imagive.ai, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you have used Facebook Login or connected your Facebook account to our platform, you can request to delete all your account data by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Data Automatically via Facebook

Follow these steps to remove your data automatically through Facebook:

  1. Open your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Imagive.ai in the list of connected apps.
  4. Click Remove to disconnect the app from your Facebook account.
  5. Once you remove the app, Facebook will automatically send us a request to delete your associated data from our system.

Manual Data Deletion Through Imagive.ai

If you prefer to manually delete your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Imagive.ai account.
  2. Go to the Personal Settings section from the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the Integrations tab.
  4. Under Meta Ads, find the connected Facebook account and click the Remove button to revoke Facebook permissions.
  5. If you want to completely delete your Imagive.ai account and all associated data:
    • Click the Delete Account button.
    • A warning popup will appear describing the consequences of deletion.

Warning:

Deleting your Imagive.ai account is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will:

  • Delete all your Facebook account connections
  • Remove all your campaign data
  • Delete your profile and settings

This action is irreversible. Please proceed with caution.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your Facebook profile link or registered email address
  • Any relevant details to help us locate your account

We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
