Cancellation & Refund Policy
Imagive.ai is a subscription-based creative intelligence platform. This page explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for subscriptions, credits, and trials.
1) Who we are
This policy is issued by Imagive.ai Pvt. Ltd ("we", "us"). It applies to products and services offered at https://www.imagive.ai and our app at https://app.imagive.ai.
2) Cancelling your subscription
- Cancel anytime from your account settings at https://app.imagive.ai.
- When you cancel, auto‑renew is turned off immediately. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- You can also request cancellation by emailing support@imagive.ai from your registered email.
3) Refund eligibility
We aim to be fair while preventing abuse. Refunds are considered when all the conditions below are met:
- First‑time purchase of a paid plan (not a renewal) and request made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Very low usage: no more than 10 generations total or less than 1,000 tokens consumed (whichever is lower) on the plan being refunded.
- No violations of our Terms of Service or acceptable‑use policies.
Note: Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method only.
4) Non‑refundable items
- Renewals and partial periods already in progress.
- Discounted/bonus credits or promotional offers.
- Pay‑as‑you‑go usage already consumed.
- Third‑party fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) where applicable.
5) Duplicate charges or errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us at support@imagive.ai with your order ID and charge details. Valid mistakes are refunded in full.
6) How to request a refund
- Email support@imagive.ai with subject: Refund Request.
- Include: account email, order ID/last 4 digits, purchase date, and a brief reason.
- We'll review and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds typically settle within 7–10 business days (bank dependent).
7) Chargebacks & account status
Initiating a chargeback while a refund review is in progress may delay resolution and can result in temporary account suspension to prevent misuse.
8) Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law in your country of residence.
